Standard

Aqta builds the trust layer for AI in regulated industries. Its gateway, AqtaCore, applies policy before an AI call executes and signs a cryptographic receipt for each decision it allows through. Receipts verify offline against one published key, using open-source verifiers anyone can run, so the evidence holds whether or not you trust Aqta. The specification is open, the verifiers are on npm and PyPI, and the company publishes a threat model written against its own system. Aqta is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

What it does

AqtaCore signs a cryptographic receipt for each AI decision it allows through. Receipts verify offline against one published key, with no Aqta server in the trust path.

Open artefacts

The ATTESTATION-v1 specification, reference verifiers (aqta-verify-receipt on npm and PyPI), a self-authored threat model, and conformance vectors are public on GitHub.

In production

The signing gateway has operated in production since April 2026.
